The deadline of the submissions is 30 June, 2010!

REGULATIONS

* The films should be completed by film school students or independent young filmmakers (only debuts allowed).
* The maximum length allowed for each film school or young film director is 40 minutes.
* Genres may be fiction, documentary, animation or experimental.
* Each film should be sent on the separate DVD subtitled in English.
* DVD’s are accepted as preview and screening copies for the festival screenings.
* DVD copies and other film material must be received by the Festival at the following address:

DVD’s must be sent by mail or courier service at the expense and at the risk of the sender, and carry the declaration: “FOR TEMPORARY, CULTURAL PURPOSE ONLY. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE.

The copies will be returned on request only. They can be collected by the participants attending the festival.
